Ryan Strauss is a seasoned patent attorney with a wealth of experience. Ryan’s practice includes all aspects of patent law, including patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio management, invention harvesting, targeting patent claims to competitor products and technical standards, drafting non-infringement and invalidity opinions, and counseling clients on a variety of intellectual property issues.

Ryan has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications covering a wide variety of technologies, including wireless communication, edge and cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), autonomous vehicles, medical devices, wearables, and blockchain and cryptocurrencies/NFTs.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys rowing, downhill and cross-country skiing, paddle boarding, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
