James Zeszutek, Associate

Jimmy Zeszutek began his career as an R&D engineer at Boston Scientific. His experience interfacing with the company’s Regulatory Affairs group provided him with an engineering and legal perspective on technical issues and solutions.

Jimmy has been practicing intellectual property law since 2015. His technical experience extends to mechanical and electronic devices and processes, including AI, and control, operation, and formation of semiconductor devices. He also has experience in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and dispute resolution, with a focus on patent application preparation and prosecution.

During law school, Jimmy served as an extern with the USPTO, which gave him insight into the patent examination process.

Jimmy and his wife have one son and live in Stillwater, Minnesota.
