Arya Ghaseminejad, Associate
Arya Ghaseminejad’s work encompasses all aspects of patent law, including utility and design patent prosecution in the United States and internationally, and patentability opinions. Arya has prosecuted patents in a wide variety of technology areas, including medical devices, battery technologies, mechanical devices and systems, autonomous vehicles, laboratory equipment and methodology, image processing, respiratory treatment devices, and bacteriology.
Arya joined BCIP in 2022 after graduating from Rutgers Law School. Prior to law school, Arya had a wide range of technical experience. Among other things, he conducted research in nuclear fusion energy and designed and manufactured small radio-controlled airplanes.
Arya is fluent in Farsi and active in the Iranian-American community. In his spare time, Arya enjoys cooking, gaming, hiking, and reading.
