Alison Moy, Of Counsel

Alison Moy focuses her practice on preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in the electrical and computer arts. She works with clients ranging from multinational corporations and universities to startups and independent inventors, helping them evaluate the strength of their innovations, develop strategic patent portfolios, and navigate potential barriers to commercialization.
Alison’s experience spans a wide range of technologies, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, encryption, financial transaction security, robotics, imaging devices, semiconductor devices, GPUs, IoT devices and sensors, networking hardware, and smart electric vehicles.
Before entering private practice, Alison served as a judicial fellow in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Prior to law school she worked in various engineering roles within the technology sector.
In her free time Alison enjoys reading, knitting, and hanging out with her dogs.
