Alan Harrison, Associate

Alan Harrison has been practicing intellectual property law since 2006, working as a prior art researcher and business intelligence analyst as well as an intellectual property attorney. For several years he was licensed as a Naval Nuclear Engineer Officer. Alan’s legal experience includes patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and dispute resolution, trade secret protection, and related counseling and opinion work. He has assisted in litigation before U.S. district courts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the International Trade Commission, and participated in World Intellectual Property Organization arbitrations. His technical experience extends to electrical, electronic, software, mechanical, and metallurgic inventions.

Alan is husband to a Ph.D. nurse practitioner and father to three wonderfully accomplished daughters. The family has cats, a dog, and a bunny.
